Here are some tips to help circumvent fearful working environments, so that you can live up to your fullest potential, wherever you are.

  • Be careful not to create inadvertently a culture of fear. Fear stifles creativity, decision-making and productivity. An environment where people can’t make any mistakes are a swamp of mediocracy and bureaucracy and for everyone around you it’s simply just window dressing.
  • Don’t fan the flames of discontent. This is why you will feel burned out and worthless. Help people to step into their divine calling by allowing them to use their gifts and abilities.
  • As a Leader don’t let your disappointments turn into discouragement. Disappointments are related to the failures of your own hope and expectations, but discouragement evolves losing hope and confidence. Without confidence there is no reward and total possession and enjoyment is being withhold or removed.
  • Reinforce 4 principles for a creative liberating working environment:
    i) it’s okay to make mistakes, as long as it is made with good intentions
    ii) honesty is required
    iii) accountability is required
    iv) treat everyone with respect
  • You are in this world but not of this world. In this we need to learn how to become capable of achieving a state of true separation without falling over the edge of what is sensible.
  • Power is the ability to do with a conscious state of knowing the right thing to do. Anything missing from this equation is simply an action that has rippling consequences.
  • In Life there are a series of wrecks and rescues. Teach people around you not to live in fear but to live in appreciation.
  • Having a deep-seated fear of coming up short can become your Company’s culture of pretentiousness, where everyone’s aim is to take what they feel belongs to them and doing whatever it takes to get to the top.
  • Fear can become a motivator, the moment you recognise this in your team, as a leader you have the authority to give them a diagnosis and a prescription to regain direction and perspective.
  • By focussing on your priorities you eliminate all the confusion.
  • A great leader creates a world where people feel alive, present and open.
  • Give your team an introduction of believe and support them to continually conspire to achieve what was first a dream. This is their journey where failure will meet success and impossible will meet possible.
  • Sometimes things in our lives can get so cluttered and messy, but it is beneath the surface of things, where true reality resides. This is where you need to put your circumstances in proper perspective.
  • It is not what you believe when things are going well. It is what you truly believe when things are going wrong.
  • Fear kills more dreams than failure ever will.
  • Fear-based living crushes joy, dismantles relationships, increase stress and shortens life. Live and lead with courage
